All orders are processed and shipped within 1-5 business days (holidays may affect shipping so please be mindful of this upon purchasing).
Although it is very uncommon, if we are experiencing a high volume of orders that may interfere with your shipment, we will contact you and keep you updated on your order via text or email.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates

All orders will be shipped by USPS priority mail, this service includes a tracking number, items are expected to arrive 1-3 business days after shipping.
Although it is uncommon, we are not responsible for any delays with the post office.

If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
